• _{Travel is only permitted on Air New Zealand operated flights between London and Auckland.}
• _{The prize excludes the airport taxes associated with the flights.}
• _{All flights are subject to availability in the applicable booking class for economy and these need to be booked in O class through the Air New Zealand Sales team, europe.salessupport@airnz.co.nz.}
• _{Black-out periods apply from 8-28 Jul 2024, 14-31 Dec 2024, 1 Jan -10 Feb 2025, 14 Apr -28 Apr 2025, 7-28 Jul 2025.}
• _{Travel must be completed by 31 Jul 2025. Extension beyond 31 Jul 2025 is not permitted.}
• _{Tickets must be booked and issued at least 1 month prior to departure.}
• _{If the prize is for more than one person, the entire travel party must travel together on all sectors.}
• _{A copy of your passport must be provided at the time of ticket issuance. You must have a valid passport and the appropriate visas at the time of travel.}
• _{Travel is non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.}
• _{Upgrades are not permitted, and prize winner tickets are not eligible for any frequent flyer accruals (including Airpoints Dollars), companion redemption or credit of tier status.}
• _{Changes are not permitted once tickets have been issued.}
