US General Licence for transactions involving Russia’s Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, and National Wealth Fund

OFAC has issued General License No. 13J, authorising transactions involving Russia’s Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, and National Wealth Fund. It authorises transactions ordinarily incident and necessary to the day to day operations in Russia of US persons or entities.
